GeoVation Challenge
GeoVation is set up and funded by Ordnance Survey. It runs challenges to meet communities’ needs, which may be able to be met through the use of geography (data, skills and expertise).
The current challenge it is running is How Can Britain Feed Itself? You have to post your idea on the GeoVation website. If your idea is picked you make a pitch at a weekend GeoVation camp and if you are successful at this stage, you will be able to make a pitch for a share of the £25,000 prize fund.
The deadline for this challenge is 3 September 2010. There will be two further challenges during the year.
