Your data will be held securely by SYFAB. We store the information you have submitted and process it so that we can deliver our services to you. We will not share information about your individual visits to our website or any of the personal information that you provide with anyone else or any other organisation unless it is necessary for the purpose for which you give us the data. If we run an event in partnership with other named organisations, or if we refer you to another partner, your details may need to be shared but we will ask for your consent first. Once you have registered you will be able to change your contact preferences or unsubscribe from receiving our news at any time through MYFAB. Data will be retained for the duration of your relationship with us, and then for a further five years. It will then be deleted or anonymised.
